The term blog conjures up an unfortunate image for me. I envision the gathering together of a group of words and the throwing of those words at an unsuspecting page. When they actually hit the page, the sound of them hitting makes an unmistakable sound - BLOG! Perhaps I need to evolve my thinking to allow for the possibility that blogs are written with the same care and effort as any other form of written expression. At the very least, blogs offer a window to the mind and writing style of the writer.
In the spirit of my old image of blogs, here's my "random" group of words that I'm intending to throw at this page:
